UK Delivery:
All orders are subject to P&P and are dispatched first class. Postage and Packing charges within the UK will be 10% of the invoice sub total (before discounts). Minimum £1.75 - Maximum £5.50.

Examples:

• Orders up to £17.50 = Postage £1.75
• Order costing £21.30 = Postage £2.13
• Order costing £40.65 = Postage £4.06
• Orders over £55.00 = Postage £5.50

Express Delivery :
Express Delivery now Available, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm - Orders placed after 12:00 pm for next day delivery please call us on 01553 766380.

Outside UK Delivery:
Postal charges outside the UK are at cost plus 50p, minimum £1.75.

Claims
Claims for non-delivery, damaged goods or shortages must be notified in writing within 5 days. In the case of shortages there are protocals in place to prevent shortages from being sent out. If false claims are made, those making false claims will be dealt with accordingly.
