We have introduced Paypal to process our payments, if offers the best protection to our customers. If you have a Paypal account then great, if not you can still make a payment without one.
Discounts are promoted by a number of ways including Twitter, Facebook, our website to name a few. Discounts are applied at the checkout stage.
All orders are subject to P&P and are dispatched first class by Royal Mail. Postage and Packing charges within the UK will be 10%. Minimum £2.50 - Maximum £6.50. Occassionally we will use FedEx for the delievery of your order.

- Order costing £38.60 = Postage £3.86
- Order costing £40.40 = Postage £4.04
- Orders over £65.00 = Postage £6.50
Worldwide Orders and Delivery:
Orders to outside the UK are received by email, they are process to include the order and postal charges which are charged at cost, plus 50p. There is a minimum charge of £2.50. Once the total cost of the order is known we will invoice you using Paypal. Natually, dispatching order internationally will take a little longer. We do this so you get the best value on delivery costs.
UK Dispatching Times:
Your order should be dispatched within two working days.
Restrictions on Delivery:
There are restrictions on bulky items, for example Silicone, Vanish, Frames, Card & Envelopes Packs, etc. Please see the product description for further details.
Out of Stock / Discontinued Products:
Occassionallly products will be out of stock and sometimes may still appear on our website as being in stock. We do our best to ensure the stock showing online is accurate. If there are any item/s that are out of stock or discontinued we will replace the item to a similar product regardless of any difference in cost.
Cancellation of your order can only be done by telephone on 01553 676 594 to ensure the order is cancelled. Orders can not be cancelled once your order is being processsed. You will get an email on the status of your order and the time and date is recorded on our system.
In the event that an item doesn't meet your expectations you must notify us within 5 days after the date of purchase. The returned item/s must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance.
Claims for non-delivery, damaged goods or shortages must be notified in writing within 5 days.
